Cancellation Policy
💗 Touched by Grace – Booking Policies
✨ Deposits
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
• Deposit goes toward your total service
• Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is paid
⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
• Deposits may be transferred one time only with proper notice
• Cancellations under 24 hours will result in loss of deposit
• No-call/no-shows must pay in full upfront for future bookings
⏱️ Late Policy
• 10-minute grace period
• After 10 minutes: $15 late fee
• After 20 minutes: appointment may be canceled or rescheduled
🧼 Hair Prep Policy
• Hair must be clean, product-free, detangled, and fully blown out before your appointment
• Wash & blow dry services are available as an add-on and must be selected at the time of booking
• Arriving unprepared without booking this service may result in cancellation and loss of deposit
💳 Payments
• Remaining balance is due at your appointment
• Accepted forms: Cash, Apple Pay, etc. (adjust as needed)
💎 Additional Fees
• After Hours Appointment: +$50
• Squeeze-In / Same Day Appointment: +$40
